Delete your data
If you connected Facebook or Instagram to Nimbus, you can ask us to delete the data from that connection.
What to send
Write to support@nimbus.fan from the address you use with Nimbus. Include your Slack workspace name and say you want the Facebook or Instagram connection deleted.
What we delete
We delete the stored Facebook or Instagram connection for that workspace, including the access it granted Nimbus. We also delete data we saved only because of that connection.
How long it takes
We complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done. Some billing or security records may stay where the law requires us to keep them.
Shopify
Shop deletion
When Shopify sends shop/redact, Nimbus deletes the store token, the product backups for that store, and the Slack link for that store. Theme files are read for review and are not stored as backups. Email support@nimbus.fan if you need help with that deletion.
Ask for deletion
Email us with the workspace name and say which Facebook or Instagram connection to delete.
