Nimbus Terms
These terms describe the baseline rules for using Nimbus. If you have a separate signed agreement with Nimbus, that agreement controls where it conflicts with this page.
Using Nimbus
Workspace authorization
You must have authority to install Nimbus in the Slack workspace and to connect any third-party services you ask Nimbus to use.
Human review
Nimbus can draft, investigate, summarize, and coordinate work. AI output can contain mistakes, so customers should review important recommendations, drafts, and actions before relying on them.
Account security
You are responsible for controlling access to your Slack workspace, Nimbus dashboard accounts, and connected services. Do not share secrets or credentials in Slack messages or support emails.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid plans
Nimbus is a paid service. Plan details, trials, and usage allowances are shown during signup or in the customer dashboard.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Nimbus does not ask customers to email card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive payment credentials.
Cancellation
Customers can cancel according to the plan terms shown in the dashboard or the applicable customer agreement.
Acceptable Use
No unsafe use
Do not use Nimbus to break laws, bypass access controls, send spam, exfiltrate data, abuse Slack or third-party services, or perform actions you are not authorized to take.
Protected actions
Production-impacting or irreversible actions may require explicit customer approval. Nimbus may refuse or pause work when a request is unsafe, ambiguous, or outside configured permissions.
Service Changes And Termination
Service updates
We may update Nimbus features, integrations, pricing, and policies as the service evolves. Marketplace-listed Slack app changes are handled through Slack's review process when required.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, or violation of these terms or an applicable customer agreement.
Limitations
No guarantee of error-free output
Nimbus is provided with reasonable care, but AI systems and integrations can fail or produce incorrect results. Customers remain responsible for reviewing important work before it is used.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nimbus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
